Shipping policy

At BESTSASTA The shipping charges are depend on various factors like nature/category of your product, which location despatched from, gross weight of the product and total value of the order. The Shipping charges calculation is given below:

Orders 0.5kg–1kg	₹75.00
Orders 1kg–2kg	₹100.00
Orders 2kg–5kg	₹350.00

 

The shipping charges on your order will be informed before your order is being placed at BESTSASTA. If you are placing your order through our call centre, the order taker will mention the shipping charges. If it's via website, the shipping charge would reflect on the shopping cart.

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by our customer care executive or on website or mobile. Below are some more shipping related points:

• Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders
• We ship out orders on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
• To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we will only make shipments through reputed courier agencies.
• In India, we serve over 25000 pin code with the help of 14 different courier partners (we select the fast courier for your destination)  whereas on the pin codes where couriers are not serviceable we ship using India Post. 

 

Cancellation

The Order can be cancelled before it is processed, till it is in "In Process"/"Order Placed" status by clicking on the Cancel button.

Delivery

Upon Placement of Order, Bestsasta’s Delivery representatives will deliver the goods to the Retailer as per the policy. In order to ensure safe and secure delivery of orders placed by the Retailer on Bestsasta Platform, Bestsasta Platform will issue the Verification Code to the registered Mobile No. and registered email ID of the retailer. The orders will be considered as delivered only upon submission of valid Verification Code to the Authorised Delivery Partners by Retailers. Once the Verification Code is submitted to Authorised Delivery Partners and the same is entered and verified by the Bestsasta APP handled by the Authorised Delivery Partners, the verification will be considered as delivery of the Goods to the retailer. It is accepted by the Retailer, that Delivery of the order is completed and delivered upon submission of Verification code and the same cannot be denied under any circumstances. Upon Submission of Verification Code, retailer loses its rights on denial of the Delivery. However, post Delivery, the retailer reserves its rights to raise Query / Refunds / Return as pet the Refund Policy as enumerated on its website https://www.bestsasta.com."
